Joining the group:
GENERAL GROUP RULES
Do NOT harass other members! Don't fight with the mods, please. We're doing our best, I promise.
If you have a problem with anything regarding the group or its members, you should contact the founder or a moderator via notes!
Be respectful to others, we do NOT allow hate art of any kind here!
Three warnings will be given to every member found violating a rule UNLESS the case is severe. After these chances, you're banned.
If you wish to do something for the group or want to organize a special event, please contact Metroid-Tamer about it.
Please understand that the mods cannot fix all issues! If we tell you it's something we cannot fix, please do NOT push it!
Submitting to the Gallery:
Only one image is accepted per person, per day. Submit images 24 hours apart. Please submit to the correct folder! If you don't your image will be declined. Submissions need two votes to pass and the mods are busy people. Give us 2 days to get your image in. We only accept finished products. Do not submit WIPs. Unfinished work, or work that has been scanned poorly (IE: hard to see the picture) will be declined.
If a deviation is declined for any reason, we will leave you a message with our reasoning.
We accept:
We accept any and all art forms! 3rd party games ARE allowed, but only to an extent. IE: Sega games like Sonic WILL make it in. However, if we feel that the submission is geared towards another console, or favors an anime series (etc) rather than Nintendo, we will decline. A little level of gore is allowed (IE: some blood, zombies, etc) as long as it isn't 100% over the top or offensive. Official models are allowed as long as they are used to create something new. If you have downloaded a model and updated it and/or posed it for a deviation that is acceptable.
What we don't accept:
Screenshots/edited screenshots. Sorry, but it's not original work!
Nudity and pornographic artwork. This includes tight pants bulges, camel toes, nipples through clothing, etc.
Photographs of your official merchandise/game collection, etc.
Part by part/Unfinished artwork. No WIPs!
Poor quality scans or photographs.
Hate art of any kind.
Uploading official Nintendo artwork and calling it your own is not accepted.
Posting of official renders or images is not allowed (IE: Taking this and calling it your own).
3rd party games that we feel are geared more towards another console, belong to an anime series, film, etc more. (IE: Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, etc will NOT be accepted. Sorry!)
Anything with My Little Pony. We don't want our gallery overrun with ponies.
Fetish artwork (IE: Bondage, Forced Slavery, Inflation, Stuffing, Vore, Weight Gain, etc.)
Characters in a sexual pairing situation and one character (or both) is underage. Dollmaker or dress-up game results.

Art Prompt
I wanted to do a contest but I don't have the time. As a result I kind of scrapped the idea. I've decided to launch it as a prompt since I feel like it's a fairly good topic overall. Most of us know by now that the President of Nintendo of America, Reggie Fils-Aime is set to retire very soon. Reggie has had a very, very strong impact on Nintendo. The man has pretty much molded Nintendo into what it's become today. Not sure how much he's done? Take a look:

Reggie Fils-Aime Set to Retire in April
Today the President of Nintendo of America announced his retirement in April. He's in good health and made the decision on his own accord to spend more time with his family and loved ones, so at least there's no tragic story attached to this. Doug Bowser will be taking Reggie's place once the legend himself retires, and while I welcome Doug to the position, I can say with certainty that Reggie will be missed by fans everywhere.

Changes to the Smash Bros Folder
EDIT: A new Smash folder has been made and the old one deleted. Several deviations were carried over but given the sheer amount of devs to look at (as well as many being nearly 10 years old), I figured it was easiest to remake the folder. It is open to submissions and you can find it under the name, "Super Smash Bros." /EDIT
There will be some changes to the Smash Bros folder to help ensure that it meets its quality standard and retains relevancy to the series. Concerning Bowsette fanart
A new internet sensation has popped up and we're definitely aware of it. Bowsette, which is Bowser with the Super Crown power up, has become wildly popular. This is just a reminder that if you submit any fanart of this character that it needs to be clean and PG rated to be acceptable here. We're seeing some that are going against the rules and therefore we're having to decline them.

excuse me, i haven't really used this site and group in a long time and I don't know where else to ask. why was my artwork (Catherine and Shamir) declined? there is nothing erotic about the artwork, none of what you have stated in the rules, and that's the only reason i can think of. I didn't ask an explanatory message despite it being written in the rules above. Can i have it explained? thank you :')
